What if I don’t have a business yet, is this for me?

What is your refund and cancelation policy?
There are absolutely, positively NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. We will not be able to process refunds for any reason. Make sure you understand fully: we have a strict No Refunds policy when you purchase. By purchasing, you understand there are absolutely no refunds. Additionally, your registration is noncancellable. If you decide not to participate or are a no show, you are not due a refund and a refund will not be processed.
If I can’t attend, will there be a replay?
